The Yellow Ribbon GI Education Enhancement Program (Yellow Ribbon Program) is a provision of the Post-9/11 Veterans Educational Assistance Act of 2008, which allows institutions of higher learning to voluntarily enter into an agreement with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to fund tuition expenses 和 fees that exceed the annual cap established by Congress. Find out more about the Yellow Ribbon Program on the VA website at http://www.va.gov/education/about-gi-bill-benefits/post-9-11/yellow-ribbon-program/.
CTU has established a Yellow Ribbon Grant for eligible Veterans, or dependents of eligible Veterans, to receive an amount equal to the highest in-state undergraduate tuition rate at a public college or university.
